Normal faults in the Moenkopi Formation

Normal faults in the Early Triassic Moenkopi Formation near the entrance to Arches National Park. The Moenkopi Formation is sandstone, silty sandstone, to siltstone. Normal faults may be the result of extension due to salt anticlines.
